1. Introduction
Welcome to FinLabrix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our analytics and automation services, information products, and goods.
2. Scope of Services
FinLabrix offers customized analytics and automation services designed to improve data processes and operational efficiency. Services may include consulting, system configuration, data integration, and ongoing support.
3. Information Products
Information products include digital courses, templates, reports, and other downloadable materials provided by FinLabrix.
4. Goods
Goods include any physical items sold through FinLabrix, such as branded USB drives, printed manuals, or hardware accessories.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided no substantive work has commenced. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- If service work has commenced, no refund will be issued. Instead, you may request to reschedule or transfer the remaining service to a future date.
- Requests for scheduling changes must be submitted at least 5 business days before the original service date.
5.2 Information Products
- Refund requests for information products are accepted within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method upon approval.
- No refunds will be issued after 14 days or once 20% of the content has been accessed.
5.3 Goods
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
6. No Refund Circumstances
Certain services and products are non-refundable. This includes specialized custom work initiated upon agreement, digital downloads after access, and clearance goods. Non-refundable items are clearly marked at the time of purchase to ensure transparency. Custom engagements require resource allocation and scheduling, making refunds impractical after commencement.
